This is an application for listing Criminal Appeal No.133 of 2014 for final hearing.

The applicant has been convicted for offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act. It is submitted that the appeal is pending in this Court since 2014. The services of the applicant has been terminated. He is suffering from financial constraints. He has undergone bypass surgery and suffered paralysis attack. He cannot take proper treatment on account of lack of funds. 3.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the hearing of appeal is expedited. The appeal be added to the final hearing board commencing from 4th April, 2022.
