This is an application for condonation of delay of 46 days in filing the application for leave to file appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal passed in favour of the respondents. 2.

The respondents are already served. Mr. Prashant Hagare, learned counsel appears for respondent No.2 and opposes this application. 3.

However, considering the averments in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the application, in the interest of justice, the delay of 46 days is condoned. 4.
