Thereafter fresh notice issued to Respondent No.3 on fresh address was returned unserved with bailiff's remark, "not found at the time of service." Thereafter again fresh notice issued by R.P.A.D. also returned with postal remark, "left the address." However Applicant is unable to trace out any new address of Respondent No.3.

In view of this there is only one possibility of serving notice of this appeal on Respondent No.3 by publication. Hence this Civil Application is allowed.

Issue publication notice to Respondent No.3 returnable by four (4) weeks.
