This Notice of Motion is taken out today, is an administration suit wherein the plaintiff has taken out a Notice of Motion for appointment of the Court Receiver in respect of the suit flat and other allied reliefs. Vide an order dated 7th May 2008 both parties agreed to maintain status quo in respect of the property set out in Exh. "S" at the pages mentioned in the said order. Today when the Motion is called for the hearing both parties counsel agree that order of status quo operating effective from 7th May 2008 shall continue to operate, pending the final hearing and disposal of the present suit. In view of the said statement no further orders are required on the Notice of Motion which stands disposed as above.
