Heard.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that they have no objection to pay the Court Receiver's charges. She further submits that petitioner undertakes to pay Court Receiver's charges within one week from today. Same is accepted. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that they preferred Chamber Summons No. 134 of 2016 for discharge of Court Receiver and handing Sneha Chavan 1/2

11 CRR 7-16=.doc over suit vehicle to them. That Chamber Summons is pending for hearing on its own merits.

Considering this fact, following order is passed:

a) Petitioner to pay cost and other charges in the office of Court Receiver, High Court Bombay within one week from today.

b) If cost is not deposited within stipulated time as stated herein above, Court Receiver is directed to move before this Court for taking further directions.

c) Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of accordingly.
