This is disposed of Petition of 1952 in which the Petitioner received a grant of probate. According to the Petitioner's grandson, the original grant of probate has been misplaced or is not traceable. He has applied for a Certified Copy.

The difficulty is that even the Court records are no longer complete. There is a copy of a certified copy of the probate. The Department will prepare first a certified copy of the copy that is currently on record. It will retain this certified copy permanently 19th October 2016
923-TP163-52.DOC and will then issue to the Petitioner/Applicant a certified copy of this certified copy.

It is noted that the Petitioner at the instance of the Department tendered the necessary indemnity bond. 4.
