Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, I am satisfied that the premises situated at the 2nd and 3rd Floors of Bhukhanvala Chambers, B-28 Veera Industrial Estate, Off Link Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai - 400053, which were earlier used by the Company in liquidation - Maverick Productions Private Limited under a leave and license agreement executed by and between the Applicant and the Company (in liquidation) dated 30th March, 2010. The said

Nitin 2 / 2 920-CA-220-2015 Agreement was terminated in the year 2013. In any event, the said Agreement would have come to an end on 31st March, 2013. The Official Liquidator shall therefore not take possession of the said premises from the Applicant.
