This arbitration petition seeks interim protection pending an arbitral reference. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Advocate of the Petitioner has no instructions from the Petitioner and would like to withdraw the appearance. Learned Counsel submits that she has addressed a number of communications to the Petitioner seeking instructions and finally even gave a discharge notice but there is no response from the Petitioner. It is noticed from the roznama that on the last two occasions, the matter was stood over at the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioner after making it clear that no further accommodation would be granted. Though a last chance was given on 9 January 2019, once again, one more opportunity was given to the Petitioner on 23 January 2019. Since, however, there are still no instructions from the Petitioner and despite its Advocate having given a Pg 1 of 2
