Heard. By this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by the Additional District Collector (Encroachment/Eviction), Western Suburb, Mumbai in Appeal No.1641/2016 and order dated 18.07.2017 passed by the Dy. District Collector (Encroachment/Eviction) and Competent Authority, Andheri-2, Mumbai.
During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to prefer an appropriate appeal before the Additional District Collector, Western Suburb, Mumbai. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
