Ms. Shah states that defendants have not circulated any information regarding plaintiff which can be termed as defamatory and have no intention also to circulate any information which will be defamatory of plaintiff. Statement accepted. Ms Shah also denies that snap shot of the whatsapp message at page 95 of the plaint, has nothing to do with defendants and plaintiff is unnecessarily attributing it to defendants.
