The Defendants having been served, the Petition for leave under Clause XIV is made absolute.

The Defendants seek time to file an Affidavit in Reply to the Notice of Motion. Affidavits in Reply to be filed and served on or before 15th March 2017. Affidavits in Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and served on or before 22nd March 2017.

The previous ad interim order to continue till then. In addition, there will be a further ad interim order in relation to the cause of action and passing off in terms of prayer clause (c). 5.

The Court Receiver report is to be kept along with the papers. 6.

Notice of Motion to be listed on 24th March 2017 for hearing and final disposal.
