The statutory notice is served on the Respondent at J-2, 12/13, Addl.MIDC Satara, At Post Satara, Dist. Satara. However, ROC record shows that the registered office address of the Respondent is 502, Manav Niwas, Plot No. 7, Sector-19, New Panvel, Navi Mumbai. In view thereof, the Petition is not accepted and dismissed.

The Petitioner shall be at liberty to serve the statutory notice at the registered office address of the Company and thereafter filed a fresh Petition before this Court.
