By this application, the Applicant seeks directions to the Official Liquidator to pay a sum of Rs.2,21,85,440/- being the remaining 24% of the claim payable to the workers of the Company in liquidation urgently. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that after having perused the affidavit on behalf of the Official Liquidator dated 11 April 2016, he has received instructions not to press this application. He seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application, if so advised, after taking inspection of the records of the Company in liquidation in Office of the Official Liquidator.
