Mr. Daulat Shambharka, the Authorized Representative of the decree holder viz. Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd. is present.

Mr. Shambharka has placed on record the original Authority Letter, whereby he has been authorized as a representative on behalf of the decree holder/Applicant.

The learned Advocate on behalf of the Applicant/ decree holder under the instructions of representative submitted that the Applicant- Finance Company desires to withdraw the Execution Application voluntarily.

In terms of statement made by the learned Advocate along with the Authorized Representative, Execution Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

5.

The copies of Authority Letter and Identity Card of Authorized Representative shall be kept in the matter. 6.

The amount, if any deposited, the Decree Holder is at liberty to withdraw the same.

7.

The Court fee, if any, liable to be refunded, be refunded as per rules.
