After 5 years it is impossible for any court to give such a clarification when the clarification being sought does not even find mention in the scheme of amalgamation. Mr.Shah states that whole thing arose because Income-tax authority is not accepting their explanation and they have also challenged the order of Income tax authority. It is open to the applicant to raise all those grounds against the order of Income tax before the appropriate forum. 2.
