sl17-31 view of the decision of the Apex Court in the case of State of Maharashtra vs.

M/s.Shiv Datt and Sons and others1, the Commissioner of the Sales Tax has decided to withdraw these applications.

A copy of the letter dated 27th September 2017 is taken on record and marked `A' for identification and the decision is taken on record and marked `B' for identification. Accordingly, the Sales Tax Applications disposed of as withdrawn.
