The application is basically for disqualifying the Ex-directors of the company (in liquidation). The Ex-directors are not made a party. Moreover, the application was lodged on 9th January 2016, more than two years ago and since the Ex-directors are going to be affected by any order passed by this Court, applicant should have atleast served a copy of the application upon the Ex-directors.
