1] Since on account of the interim order passed by this Court, main relief as sought in the Petition does not survive. 2] It is not in dispute that the conciliation proceedings are pending between the Petitioner and the Respondents before the competent authority. In that view of the matter, we find that it will be appropriate that the parties are given liberty to raise all their disputes before the learned Conciliation Officer, who shall proceed in accordance with the law. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
