By this petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction for quashing the Arbitration Case No. ARB / COS / 22/2010 filed by respondent No.2 before the Sole Arbitrator appointed under Section 84 of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act. 2.

We are afraid that we will not be in a position to grant reliefs which are claimed by the Petitioners in this petition while exercising our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
