The respondent has raised an objection about the maintainability of this petition filed under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on the ground that this court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and to file petition before the appropriate court.
