We, therefore, direct the Prothonotary and Senior Master to publish a notice on the High Court Website notifying the Writ Petition number and names of the parties and calling upon the Petitioner to submit true copies of the pleadings on ledger paper within a period of two weeks from the date on which the notice is published.

Notice published on the website to record that if true copies of pleadings are not furnished by the Petitioner within two weeks from the date on which the notice is published, the Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.
