The plaintiff has failed to appear in Court since the suit reached hearing on 1st September, 2014. The plaintiff company is shown to be closed upon an attempted service made to inform the plaintiff of the suit having reached hearing. Consequently it is seen that the plaintiff has failed to prosecute the suit.

A letter of the defendants' Advocate addressed to the plaintiff for informing the plaintiff of the hearing of the suit, which shows that the plaintiff company has been closed, is taken on record.

The suit is dismissed.
