Mr. Kanade, counsel for plaintiff states that plaintiff is seeking Rs.10 lakhs. Mr. Lohia states that the offer from defendant no.3, who is the only contesting defendant, is for Rs.2 lakhs. The counsel, however, left it to the Court to indicate a figure and their respective clients will accept the Court's decision on this.

After giving much thought to the matter, the Court indicated that a sum of Rs.6 lakhs will be a reasonable amount. Mr. Lohia states that this amount of Rs.6 lakhs will be paid over to plaintiff within four weeks from today in full and final settlement of all claims of plaintiff in the suit. Statement accepted as undertaking to this Court.
