After the petition was heard for sometime on 31st August 2023, it was stood over to today to enable petitioner's counsel to seek instructions. Mr. Vora on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Mr. Vora states petitioner will be filing a fresh representation to appropriate authority. The Learned GP states if any application is made, the appropriate authority will consider the same in accordance with law.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, all interim applications pending also stand disposed.
