P.C. :

1) In this Chamber, an order was passed by this Court on 18th February, 2016, whereby certain directions were given in Paragraph 19 which read as under:- 1/2 31-chs-91-16.doc

"In the circumstances I pass the following order. (i) In respect of Income Tax records of the plaintiff filed under PAN AAAPR5865N copies of all documents filed with the Prothonotary and Senior Master pursuant to earlier order passed in Chamber Summons (L) No. 1506 of 2015 shall be provided to the plaintiff Advocate on payment of costs.

(ii) Copies of all documents that have been issued to the defendants pursuant to the earlier orders passed shall also be furnished to the plaintiff's Advocate on the plaintiff's filing an undertaking in the same terms as Non disclosure and Confidentiality undertaking filed by defendant No.1 dated 28th December, 2015.

(iii) There will be no order as to costs."

2) Though these directions were given, no formal order was passed disposing of the chamber summons and hence the matter is listed before me today. It is common ground between the parties that this was the final order passed in the chamber summons and the chamber summons is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18th February, 2016.

3) In these circumstances, it is ordered that the chamber summons is disposed of in terms of the order dated 18th February, 2016.
