Heard learned counsel for the parties. After hearing the matter at length, on the basis of broad consensus arrived at during the course of hearing, we dispose of the petition by giving liberty to the Petitioners herein to file individual representations about their grievance in respect of impugned order dated 22nd November 2016. The Petitioners shall submit detailed individual representations along with supporting documents, if any, before the Dean of Respondent

2 of 2 DB.08.WP(L).3173.2016 no.2 School on or before 9th January 2017. On receipt of such representation/s from each of the Petitioners, the Dean of Respondent no.2 school shall give an opportunity of personal hearing to each of the Petitioners and/or his one representative/parent or both, and after giving inspection of relevant documents to each of the Petitioners, shall pass appropriate individual orders in regard to the grievances raised by each of the Petitioners in their respective petitions, within ten days from the date of hearing on the representations. Needless to state that Respondent no.2 Dean shall examine every individual case and the reasons assigned by each Petitioner in regard to his/her absence and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
