Perused the order dated 09.08.2017 as also the submission put up by the Registry. Registry has sought directions in terms of clause (A), which is to the following effect:

(A) Petitioner be permitted to proceed with the Petition, without the said Affidavit of Service and Administration Bond.

In view thereof, the petitioner is permitted to proceed with the Petition without Affidavit of service and Administration Bond. Office shall proceed to issue Letters of Administration having effect through out State of Maharashtra within one week from today.
