By the above Application, the Applicant seeks condonation of delay in filing his claim before the Official Liquidator. The delay in filing the claim of the Applicant with the Official Liquidator is condoned. The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the claim from the Applicant.
