Learned Counsel appearing in the matter seeks discharge of the Advocate for the Applicants/Petitioners. Learned Counsel submits that there are no instructions from the Applicants/Petitioners. It is noticed from the record of proceedings that at least on last three occasions none appeared for the Applicants/Petitioners. Even today, the Advocate on record seeks discharge on the ground of want of instructions.
