At this stage, Mr. Thomas, learned counsel for the Petitioners requests that the quarters which are in occupation of the Petitioners under the interim order may be continued to be retained for a further period of six months.
We find that even if the Petitioners desire to challenge the order passed by us in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, six weeks period is more than sufficient. In that view of the matter, we direct that the Petitioners be permitted to retain their respective quarters for a further period of six weeks from today.
