The present Interim Application seeks leave to sell an immovable property, i.e. Room No. 11, Plot No. 374, Aakash CHSL, RSC 29, Near BMC Hospital, Charkop, Sector 3 Kandivali (West), Mumbai 400 067 which stood in the name of the deceased to Vicky Parshottam Rathod and Mrs Janki Vicky Rathod for a total 25th June 2021

36-IA202-21-IN-TP3097-18.DOC consideration of Rs. 52 lakhs in terms of the draft sales agreement annexed at Exhibit 'D'. There can be no objection to this.

The Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). There will be no order as to costs. 4.
