We are inclined to dispose of present petition as the statement is made by learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the requisite payment / reimbursement of medical charges as per order passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, has been already paid. This was the main issue in the matter. Therefore, the petition is disposed of with liberty. No costs.
