Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner invites my attention to the order dated 22/10/2019 (R. D. Dhanuka, J.) and points out Paragraph 2 of the said order, which reads as under :- "2.

Mr. Thorat, learned counsel for the SRA states that he would make an appropriate statement before this court as to which tenament can be allotted to the petitioner on lower floor on the next date. Statement is accepted. Place the matter on board for directions on 15th November, 2019." 2.

In view of Paragraph 2 of the said order, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner tenders a copy of the letter dated 13/06/2022 addressed by Respondent No.4 to the Petitioner confirming the Mugdha

2 30-WP 173-19.doc possession of the said flat being allotted to the Petitioner. The said letter is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of in terms of the present order.
