After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Administrator and Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai, before the Grievance Committee/Appellate Authority.

With the aforesaid liberty, petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

In case, the petitioner files the appeal within one month, the same shall not be dismissed by the Appellate Authority on the ground of delay and shall be decided on its own merits. 4.
