Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petition was filed for succession certificate in respect of three persons in the same petition and seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and to file two separate petitions for succession certificate. She also prays for adjustment of the court fees in this petition against the court fees which would be payable by the petitioner in respect of the deceased Ebrahim Abdul Rasool.

The Testamentary Petition No.550 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file two separate petitions for succession certificate.

The office is directed to adjust the court fees paid by the petitioners in this petition against the court fees payable by the 1/2
