A perusal of the report dated 19th December, 2019 indicates that though four attempts were made by the Official Liquidator, there were no offers received by the Official Liquidator. The Official Liquidator is accordingly directed to obtain fresh valuation in respect of the property in question and to seek further directions from this Court to fix the reserve price. Official Liquidator's Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b) and in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs (R.D. DHANUKA, J.) 1/1
