The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Respondent University finding the Petitioner guilty of malpractice in the examination and imposing fine of Rs.300/-. 3.

The impugned order however also permitted the Petitioner to appear for the examination in the Second Half of the Year 2016

sg 2/2 42.wp1099-17.doc upon payment of fine of Rs.300/-. The learned Counsel for the Respondent University states that the Petitioner had paid the find without any protest. The impugned order is of the year 2016. Therefore, the Petitioner must have proceeded further with his LL.B.
