By the present Petition, the Petitioners seek to challenge the NOC dated 13th July, 2016 (Exhibit J to the Petition) granted by Respondent Nos.1 to 6 to carry out 100% repair which according to the Petitioners amounted to reconstruction of the said building construction. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the NOC which is the subject matter of the challenge in the above Pettion is cancelled by the authority. In view thereof, nothing survives at lease in this Petition and the same is disposed of as infructous.
