1] A perusal of the affidavit filed by one Laxmikant Ashok Kolekar would reveal that the staff of the Corporation has duly inspected the premises of the 13 respondents. After inspection of the premises, the report is also prepared which is at page 46 of the paperbook. A perusal of the report would reveal that the premises of respondents are restored to its original plan. In that view of the
YBG 922-os-conpw-4-16 matter, we do not find that a case for invoking contempt jurisdiction is made out. Petition is rejected.
