After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to agitate all contentions or any other contentions, in the pending arbitral proceedings. Accordingly, allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to observe that it would be open to the petitioners to raise contentions in view of the recent orders passed by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority order dated 5 August 2022 in Suo Moto Case no.220 of 2022. All contentions of the respondents in that regard are also expressly kept open, as it is the contention of the respondents that the orders passed by the RERA is of no more concern with the subject matter of the pending arbitral proceedings. 3.

Disposed of. No costs.
