Heard Mr. Sasidharan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Gore, learned A.G.P, for respondents No.1 and 2 and Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel for respondents No. 3 and 4. 2.

Perused the orders dated 14th June, 2017 and 28th June, 2017. By these orders, learned A.G.P was requested to take instructions as to within what time respondent No.2-Deputy Collector [Encroachment and Removal] Andheri-2 and Competent Authority will pass order.

Upon taking instructions, Mr. Gore assures that within 4 weeks from today, respondent No.2 will pass order.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass order in accordance with law within 4 weeks from today. List the Petition for reporting compliance after 5 weeks.
