Having seen the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare and the Petition with its annexures, the Judge's Order is separately signed in respect of the Foreign Adoption of the female minor Vaishnavi, born on 1st May 2016.

The passport and birth certificate are to be issued expeditiously, if not already done, on production of an authenticated copy of this order.

It only remains to be noted that the requirement of the investment and the bond is no longer necessary in view of the decision of SC Gupte J of 17th January 2018 in Foreign Adoption Petition No. 59 of 2017 (Holy Cross Home for Babies, Petitioner vs Ravikiran Abraham Barigala & Anr, Proposed Adopters).
