Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a), (b) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the office of this Hon'ble Court, Bombay to assign a final registration number to the captioned Suit ;

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside any order which may have been passed rejecting the present Suit on the ground of non removal of office objections ;

Nitin 2 / 2 MNOB-CHSL-17-2016 (c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the deletion of the name of Plaintiff No. 1 from this Suit, in view of its amalgamation with Plaintiff No. 2 and to treat Plaintiff No. 2 as the sold Plaintiff hereafter and to permit consequential amendments to the Plaint.
