The adoptive parents, Fulvio Cassone and Christina Malagoli, are from Italy. The proposed male minor, Niel was born on 11th December 2015 and is, therefore, just two years old. His adoption comes from the Holy Cross Home for Babies, Amravati. 3.

The Child Welfare Committee, Yavatmal has declared the child free for adoption. The other papers are in order. What is so far missing is the proposed parents' financial documents and the child 14th February 2018

901-FAP6-18.DOC care plan. Mr Kapoor has compiled them separately. The compilation is taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. The first documents is the child care plan. It is in order. The tax returns and income tax certificates of the adoptive parents are also in this compilation. This satisfies the requirements. 4.

I have also seen the scrutiny report prepared by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare. Having regard to these circumstances, I will allow the Petition and separately sign the Judge's Order. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms.
