After hearing the matter at length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the impugned award may be set aside by consent and the matter be remanded to the arbitrator under Section 84 of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act, to be heard afresh in accordance with law and after keeping all rights and contentions of the parties open. The impugned award is, accordingly, set aside and the reference is remanded to the arbitrator under Section 84 of the Multi-State Co-operative Societies Act for a fresh hearing in accordance with law. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
