The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the Competent Authority in respect of Hutment No.81, Dr. N. Hardikar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400030. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks four weeks' time to make appropriate Application. He submits that in the meantime, the Corporation may be directed not to take any coercive action against the said hutment. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

a.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

b.

The Respondent Corporation is directed not to take any coercive action in respect of Hutment No.81, Dr. N. Hardikar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400030 for a period of four weeks from today.

c.

No order as to costs.
