By an order of 9th November 2017 KK Tated J, directed service of Chamber Summons No 291 of 2017 within one week with an Affidavit of Service in that time.

It is pointed out today by Mr Mishra on behalf of the Applicant in this Chamber Summons for restoration, that service 16th July 2018

14-CHSCD24-18.DOC was effected under a cover letter of 27th November 2017 and was completed by 29th November 2017. The Affidavit of Service remained to be filed.

In view thereof, the Chamber Summons No. 291 of 2017 is restored to file. The present Chamber Summons No. 24 of 2018 is made absolute in these terms.

The Applicants will give inspection of the documents relied on in Chamber Summons No. 291 of 2017 on or before 23rd July 2018. Further Affidavit in Reply after inspection to be filed and served on or before 3rd August 2018. Affidavit in Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and served on or before 10th August 2018. 5.

List the Chamber Summons No. 291 of 2017 on 13th August 2018.

The Chamber Summons No. 24 of 2018 is disposed of in these terms.
