The Petitioners seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Shamala Narottam Kangle, who is said to have died intestate on or about 30th November 2018. A copy of her death certificate is annexed.
Shephali Mormare 2.
The deceased, who died in Thane, was a permanent resident by Shephali Mormare Date: 2021.01.20 10:49:47 +0530 of Mumbai. The Petitioners are the deceased's only surviving legal heirs.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required in order to transfer the immovable properties held by the deceased in favour of the Petitioners.

Since the Petitioners are the only surviving heirs, issuance of proclamation is dispensed with. No other Petition for a Heirship Certificate, Succession Certificate, Probate or Letters of Administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the Petitioners.
