Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if adinterim relief granted by this Court on 6th February, 2014 is confirmed. 2.

Insofar as the relief in terms of prayer (b) is concerned, learned counsel for both the parties informed the Court that the final argument before the arbitral tribunal would be concluded on 19th August, 2015. In my view, thus the relief in terms of prayer (b) cannot be granted at this stage.
