The Sub Registrar of Assurances, Coimbatore is present in response to the summons issued to him. Ms. Wadhwani confirms that the property in question has been transferred to the name of the Petitioner. No further steps are now necessary. 2.

The Petitioner will pay an amount of Rs. 5,000/- to the Officer present toward costs.

The Notice to the Officer is discharged.

In view of this, and in view of the fact that the Petitioner has already obtained a Letters of Administration to the property and credits of the deceased, Miscellaneous Petition (L) No. 987 of 2015 for a Heirship Certificate is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

Refund of court fee in accordance with the Rules. 6.

In view of this, the Notice of Motion is disposed of accordingly.
